The greatest gift one could ever receive is the gift of Oneness with God. To be one with God is to be whole. To be one with God is to attain divine power, divine wisdom, divine love, divine purity, divine truth and vision, divine peace and divine freedom. Your divinity awaits you.
God has many laws. One of them being Ask and it is Given. Are we utilizing this most sacred and profound law in our lives? Are we asking for what our heart desires and receiving it? Are we asking for our finances to be increased and receiving it? Are we asking for a new love relationship and receiving it? Are we asking for better health and well-being and receiving it? If we are not receiving then we are only utilizing one half of God's law. Receiving is one of the most difficult things for us to do. It is easy to ask. We ask all day, but for the most part we fail to receive. Why is this? Because for some reason we are not believing in what we ask for. We are not believing we deserve what we are asking for. We are not believing it is possible to receive what we desire. We do God no good when we do not receive what we desire. If you are not receiving what you desire I am here to tell you that it is absolutely possible to receive all that you ask for no matter what it is and that you are undeniably worthy of all that you ask for. Why are you worthy? You are worthy of receiving all that you ask for because you are an extension, a child, an expression of God and God is worthy. Realize in this moment that you are worthy of all that you desire and set yourself free.
It is God's good pleasure to give us the abundant life, yet, so many of us struggle to make ends meet. We struggle to provide for our families. We struggle in our relationships, we struggle with our health. Why is this? We say, "If it is God's good pleasure to give me the abundant life then why am I barely making ends meet, why am I sick?" God says to us, "It is my pleasure to give you the abundant life but I cannot give you what you are holding yourself back from receiving. The abundance you desire in every area of your life is there. It is flowing to you, yet, you block it from manifesting into your physical experience because you are denying it. How are you denying it? You deny it with the thought of doubt, the thought of fear, the belief that you do not have what you desire. You deny my abundance when you refuse to use the gift I have given you to lift yourself out of the state of consciousness that is called death instead of seeking the kingdom of heaven within you which is the consciousness of life. The gift I have given you is the Christ mind. This mind knows all, sees all, hears all, is all. Connect with the Christ within you, the God within you, and you will begin to breakdown the death consciousness, and as you do this the abundant life will be revealed to you."
What does it mean to be reborn? It means to realize, to remember, once again who you truly are. To remember that it is God's good pleasure to give you the abundant life and therefore you now open the flood gates and allow yourself to receive it; to remember that you are not the fears that you hold on to but are the Spirit that rises above these fears and remembers that you are more than the fears you have created, thus, you let them go and begin to live in fearlessness; to remember that you are commanded to have dominion over the earth and, thus, you let go of all that is unlike God that is stopping you from fulfilling this commandment and now you know that you can truly be, do, and have whatever it is you desire. To be reborn is to remember that nothing can hurt you because everything on this earth is unreal and cannot hurt that which is real; You are real. Be reborn today by letting go of all that is unlike God in your being. Set yourself free.
Forgiveness is one of the toughest challenges we face yet it is the key to receiving the abundant life we all desire and are commanded to live. If we do not forgive ourselves and others for past mistakes then we, unwittingly, bring the past into our present and future thus keeping ourselves and others where we are. It is an endless cycle of punishing ourselves and each other. How do we step off the wheel? We must forgive. How do we forgive? By allowing ourselves to let go of the past and realize that the past was just a misguided thought/action that took hold in us and one that we continued to think for a long period of time thereby making it truth in our lives and the catalyst for everything that happens to us in the future. God forgives the moment you realize this truth. Now, it is up to you to let go of the negativity surrounding the past mistake and begin to insist on focusing on the new. For ex., let's say you are not where you want to be financially. Let's say you continue to say/think things like, "I should have taken a different job. I shouldn't have invested in that. I should have finished high school. I should have finished or gone to college. I should have never...." I can go on and on. You fill in your own story. Realize now that these thoughts about yourself and what you should have done are what is holding you back from living an abundant life. The Creator must give you what you want whether you consciously or unconsciously want it. You tell your Creator "I want.. or I am.." through what you think about yourself and others and thus the Creator must make this a reality for you. So, if you keep thinking and regretting your choices in the past you will continue to receive the result of your choices in the past based on your belief. At some point, you must let these thoughts and images of yourself go and realize that you, and no one else, are holding you back from what you desire. You must take responsibility for what you have created in your life and then let it go by beginning to introduce new thoughts and images about yourself and others into your awareness. God is forgiving. We must forgive and when you finally have had enough and begin to forgive you will have literally set you and your brothers and sisters free.
There are those who will say that we have no right to interfere with what others are doing. There are those who will not get involved when they see something that is unpleasing and goes against what their heart tells them for fear of being told that they should mind their own business and let people do what they want. They will say that it is a person's free will to, for ex., treat a child or animal in a bad way, to do or say things that hurt others, themselves, the evironement. Well, I say that I may not have the right to interfere with the free will of others but I DO have the right, by the power given me by God, to purify God’s light. All children of God, all of God's creations, and that includes you, have the right to re-qualify God's light when you see it being mis-qualified by another no matter what form it takes or how big or small it appears. How do you know when someone is mis-qualifying God's light? First you must go within and find peace. You can not assess any situation without the peace, and word, of God flowing through you. When you have calmed down and have looked upon the situation from the point of view of God you will know if it is truly a mis-qualification of God's light. If you fail to see the love, peace, joy, happiness and harmony that God commands us to experience then you know that what is being outplayed before your eyes is impure. God calls upon you to purify it with his power flowing through you for that is your purpose; your purpose is to bring God's light into this world, into all inharmonious situations, so that he might bring all mis-qualified light into the pure light that I AM. All mis-qualified light on this planet must, and will, be brought back to the pure light of God and we are the ones that have the power given us by God to do it. We are the ones that will raise this planet up into the light of God's pure being and when we accomplish this we will all experience heaven on earth.
God heals all. When God fully flows through our vessel it heals all ailments of the mind and body. It overwhelms the dark forces that reside within and consumes and transmutes them back into the light of God on contact. There is no struggle in this process for God is all powerful and does not lament over anything that is presented to it. It merely is and continues on. There is no other but God and at the point we begin to believe there is something outside of God, outside of ourselves, that exists that is the moment when we gradually begin to lose sight of the truth. Always remembering that God is real, we stand strong in the face of what we see as hardship. We know that this hardship, whatever form it takes, is unreal and thus we shrug it aside and seek God’s comfort in that moment acknowledging the truth.
What a glorious day! Jesus has risen; a symbol of raising ourselves up into the Kingdom of Heaven. We are all to rise up and claim who we truly are in God. When celebrating today let us reflect on the importance of clearing our temple to receive the Holy Spirit who will raise us up into the Light of God.
When you find yourself seeking the approval of others, whether it be the approval, or recognition, of a parent, a spouse, a friend, an employer, a coworker etc., realize that it is a false desire. The true desire that is hidden beneath this false desire of approval is the true desire to be one with God. It is God's love we ultimately all seek on a deeper level of our being. We, as humans, have perverted this true desire into seeking recognition and approval in this world. So, when you catch yourself doing, saying, thinking or being something that is in line with seeking approval from that which is outside of God remind yourself that it is untrue, remind yourself that it is God you seek, and then realize that you do not need to do anything in order to receive God's unconditional love. He adores you, for he sees you as you truly are.
Happy Martin Luther King Day to you and your loved ones. Martin Luther King is a symbol of equal rights, of freedom, not just for blacks but for all people of this world - no matter the color of their skin. He preached equal rights for the blacks but on a deeper level he preached freedom of the mind. Freedom to think the thoughts of the part of ourselves that is of God. Thinking from the point of view of God is where true freedom lies. When we freely think from God and get rid of the beam in our own eyes then we can truly see each other as children of God and not what we are on the outside, which has no baring on our true identity. Martin Luther King saw this and he knew this on every level of his being. He was the Light of God as we ALL are. Freedom to think will truly set us free, will truly strip us of all thoughts of inequality. No one can set us free but ourselves. No one can make us feel equal but ourselves. We must not rely on others to free us of our imagined problems or we will bind ourselves to them. We were all born free and equal, and we are all free and equal now. God offers us freedom. It is our choice to accept it. Together, let's set ourselves free from all of our problems, all of our hate, anger, jealousy, envy, pride and all negative emotions towards ourselves and each other. When we do this we will understand what true equality is from the point of view of God.
If we can think and talk constantly about politics, the latest news, celebrities, food, music, movies, the most popular shows and all the other things of this world then we should also, and more importantly, be thinking and talking constantly about God. Praying without ceasing is just that. And why is it more beneficial to think and talk constantly about God then about the madness in this world? Well, because when we pray without ceasing God works, God answers, God manifests, God rejoices, God fulfills desires, God loves, God lives, God has an outlet to bring the Kingdom of Heaven down to earth. Pray without ceasing.
When in doubt of what to think about or if you're just idling and waiting for something to happen think about God. Actually, God is the only subject worth thinking about. Everything else pales in comparison, for what else can you think about that will strengthen you at the very core of your being?
If we all stopped watching the news, and TV in general, just for one day we would see a major shift in consciousness that would change this world for the better. Then imagine we decided to stop watching for two days, then three and so on. Imagine what the world would be like.
Many ask, "How can I love those who do "wrong," those who hurt me and others, those who deliberately do harm etc.?" The answer is to love God first and foremost. When you love God you love yourself when you love yourself you are able to love others. God loves all equally no matter what they have done that we deem as wrong. When we learn to love God and ourselves and allow God to love us then we will understand fully how God loves all equally. It is only when we can say, as Jesus said, "I and my Father are One," that we can truly understand how and why God loves all without judgement. When we are able to say Jesus' words then all will be revealed to us.
If you have a chronic thought, one that pops up in your head for no apparent reason, one that you are obsessed with and obsess over, one that, when you close your eyes it comes up, no matter what form it takes, it must be dealt with or you will be at its mercy for the rest of your life. When you obsess over a thought and think a thought incessantly it grows and becomes more powerful and more challenging to annihilate but it can be done. With persistence, a strong will and a desire to be free you can begin to think a better thought in its place. Sit or lay down in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. When the chronic thought comes up immediately think of the Light of God. Do not give it your attention. When it comes up again turn to the Light of God. Keep doing this until you begin to feel a sense of relief. God will gradually take over and outshine the menacing thought. Stick with it. When you feel the relief don't stop, stay in the Light of God and milk the feeling of relief God has just given you. Let the Light grow stronger so that when you do get up the chronic thought does not come back. If it does come back, immediately focus on, talk about, the Light of God to yourself etc. and it will recede. As you become stronger in the Light the chronic thought will not return. You will have taken back your power.
Remember, you are in control of your mind, it is meant to serve you. You are in charge. Command it to think properly and only upon things and situations that you desire. Do not allow it to go off on tangents that send you into spirals of depression, anger and the like. Take back your mind, take back your power.
No matter how out of control you may feel trust that you are always in control. The only reason you feel out of control is because you have given your power to someone or something else. You have blamed someone or something else for the situation you are in. The only way to regain control of any situation is to take back your power by taking the blame, by taking responsibility for your life. Once you say, "It's his/her fault. It's their fault," you have lost your power because now you are in a position where in order for you to be in control, or feel relieved or happy "she/he" and "they" must give that to you. You must wait for them to say, "I'm sorry," or "It's my fault." How many people want to take blame or responsibility? Very, very few. When you take responsibility you are now in a position to forgive, give up and let go of the issue or situation that has been haunting you, that has made you feel out of control. This is true freedom, for now you count on no one or no place for your happiness. You now count on yourself.
We talk about justice, justice for all, but what is true justice? The only true justice is Divine Justice and when we see Divine Justice outpictured on this earth all forms of justice will fall into place. Divine Justice is God's justice. As co-creators with God, as Creations of God, as Sons and Daughters of God, it is our duty and innate desire to see that God is seen, heard, and felt in this world, his world. Divine Justice is seeing that God is sought after first and foremost in all of our affairs, personally and universally; in our governments and nations around the world, for with God all things are possible. If you consider yourself the Light of God, then you serve to bring God's light into this world by being the Light, shining your Light, being the example of the Light to others. Never deny the Light in you. You deny the Light of God by being less than the Light, by being angry, hateful, jealous, depressed, judgemental, by allowing the not so nice forces to wreak havoc in your mind, your deeds and words. Let's give it our all and BE Divine Justice.
Let's not sit in judgement of any of our brothers and sisters today. If we must judge, let's start by looking at ourselves, as Jesus taught us to do. It is so important that we first see in ourselves the mistakes we have made rather than pointing the finger at others and condemning them. We do the world a much greater service when we look at ourselves, own our mistakes, forgive them and then let them go. We then continue on the path to Christhood free of at least one mistake which frees us up to look at others that we have made. As we continue to look at ourselves and free ourselves from all of our mistakes, more and more of the Kingdom that Jesus attained will be revealed to us.
Your true heritage is NOT your cultural background. Your true heritage is your Spiritual heritage. This is all that matters. The God within does not place importance on whether you are African, Hispanic, Dutch, Irish, English, Chinese etc. The God within knows you as its own, as its son and daughter. God knows you as a part of his Being, as the light and love that he has sent into this world to shine. When we place too much importance on our race, our culture, our profession, our religion, our gender we separate ourselves from each other and from the God within. When we realize who we truly are and live from that perspective we automatically see that we are all a part of the Body of God on earth. In seeing through, and with, the eyes and mind of God we can truly become one because now it is revealed to us that none of the outside appearances we place importance on matter. We now know this on every level of our being. It is natural. If we are seeing from the human perspective all ideas of oneness are distorted and as long as we label ourselves and each other conflict will ensue. Let's begin to refer to ourselves as Spiritual beings with a Spiritual heritage that is rooted in God. Let us let go of all labels and set ourselves free.
