Sickness hides the truth. What is the truth? Health and well-being are the truth. The power of the God within is the truth. You are in control of the sickness you are experiencing no matter what form it chooses to take. Take back your power. Do not wallow or feel pity for yourself or others who are experiencing ill-health. Instead, remind yourself and others that they have the light of God within them and this light casts out all sickness for it is unreal and does not belong in the temple of God. The key is that you must be the one to begin the process. You must step up and face it and tell this fallacy in the body or mind that it has no place in you, that it has no place in the body of God. Do not feed it your power. Take your power from it by realizing who you truly are and then begin to see yourself as the powerful being that you are. It begins and ends with you.
Eternal Youth is what we all innately desire and CAN have. Does not God say, "His flesh shall be fresher than a child's; he shall return to the days of his youth?" So then what has gone wrong? WE have gone wrong. Even science tells us that our cells renew themselves. It's just a matter of what are they renewing into, decline or beauty? The answer is in our minds. What have you been thinking? There is no doubt that our thoughts affect our bodies. If we are thinking and believing that decline is inevitable with moving through time, which our society has taught us to believe, then the God within, the Universe, must give us what we believe. If we believe that we are Spiritual Beings in a human body and have control over our bodies then we remain eternally youthful because we are thinking from the mind of Spirit. We must take back control of our bodies. Our bodies do not own us, we own it. We are the ones, as Spiritual Beings, that say what happens to our bodies and we do it through our thoughts. If your thoughts are of anger, discontent, jealousy, hate and negative then your body will begin to decline. When you learn to take control of your thoughts and think only Godly thoughts then your body will recover. Jesus healed the sick. Decline of the body is sickness and if Jesus healed the body so can we. Let's choose to think Godly today so that we can be reborn.
It's nice to hear someone tell us that we are beautiful. We may not hear it as often as we like but that doesn't mean that it is not true. That's why it is important for us to say uplifting statements to ourselves everyday. We should never count on others to tell us what we want to hear. They will tell us when we have told ourselves enough times that we believe it and don't need to say it any longer because it has become natural to us. Say these simple words to yourself everyday as you get ready for work in the morning and as you get ready for bed. These simple, yet powerful, words will work wonders in your life and help you to feel like the lovely person that you are.
The Fountain of Youth Lies Within is a powerful statement that when one believes they will experience eternal youth. We are meant to remain young and beautiful for eternity. It is wired into our DNA. Of course we must "age" which just means that we must move through space and time but there is absolutely no reason for us to decline. What we must understand is that in creating our own reality, we also create our own demise when we believe that we must "grow old." Who said this, anyway? Begin to believe and convince every cell in your body that you are young and beautiful. Choose an age that you would like to be and look like and every day all day remind yourself that you are that age by being playful - and all the while smile and be happy that the God within, every cell of your body, is yielding and conforming to your new belief.
Be as a child and you will experience eternal youth.
Yes, you are beautiful...I enjoy complimenting others. When I do, not only do I get the pleasure of seeing the other person uplifted in some way but I also receive something in return that is indescribable. I am sure you know what I am talking about. Somehow, I am uplifted, too. Their joy in what I said becomes my joy as if I said it to myself. It's interesting how these things work. I can't say that I understand it all, but I can say that I like it.
I believe we are all beautiful. I'm not going to say because "It's what's inside that counts," or "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I don't particular care for those statements because they imply that we can't be beautiful on the outside and that it doesn't matter if we are. I say "BS" to that. Look around you, is God not beautiful? Are not the trees magnificent, the expansiveness of our oceans breathtaking, isn't the never-ending view of the sky wondrous? Do we not look at nature and say, "Wow, that's beautiful!" I do every day.
Beauty is all about what you want it to be. How do you want to look, young? I'm sure. Don't we all? And there is everything RIGHT with wanting to look and feel young and beautiful forever. It is in our DNA. We are born with a pure, new and completely functional self-healing body. Does not our body heal itself when we cut our finger or break one of our limbs? All we do is put a band-aid on the womb or a cast on the limb. The body, God, does the rest. We just go about our business and KNOW it will heal. Isn't it safe to say that this form of healing goes for every part of our body - the blemishes, the skin, the hair, the nails, the eyes, the ears, the memory......? It sure does! So, let's begin today by KNOWING that we have the power to self-HEAL our skin, our bones, our hair, our ..... and then let's imagine how we want to look and feel, and let's play and have fun with it and then let's be eager and excited for the beautiful person on the inside, AND on the OUTSIDE, that we are becoming.
Say this prayer throughout your day today, for you are worthy of beauty both on the inside AND on the OUTSIDE. – God is absolutely beautiful. That I know for sure and so if God is beautiful then you must be, too. When we think beautiful thoughts and know ourselves to be beautiful then God says yes and so we become and transform into that which we believe is beautiful. This you know from self-observation. There is no secret to this. It only takes a little self-observation to recognize that when you’re feeling miserable you look miserable. When we cry our face looks horrible. I hate crying! So, when you go about your day take note as to what you are saying and talking about yourself within and check any “ugly” thoughts at the door. Take back control of your beauty.
