Eternal Youth is Yours

Through self-love, understanding of who you truly are and the belief that all of your desires are already being worked upon by the God within, eternal youth must be yours.

Practice and focus upon the thought and feeling of what it would feel like to be the "age" you want to look and feel like everyday and smile as you pretend to be that which you already are in the eyes of the God within. Go there often and milk the feeling and play around and have fun. Laugh a lot along the way and never look back. Be eager for your new self and rejoice.

Joy

Joy - such a simple word, yet, most of us have a hard time maintaining the feeling of joy on a consistent basis. I believe it's because we allow ourselves to depend upon our outside world, as well as other people, to make us happy - to do things that make us feel joyful, but as we all know, that is fleeting. Depending on others or our environment to make us feel joy does not last for long. Inevitably, we come across people that do things that we don't agree with or we go to places that aren't what we thought they would be or even check on the weather to see if it's sunny or not. If it's cloudy or rainy or cold or too hot we set ourselves up for failure in our experience of joy.Often, we are told, and it has become cliche, that happiness starts from within. I dislike things that become ordinary like this statement but I have found that it is true. When I set myself up for joy each morning and each night, I find that joy becomes my reality. And if I see something or come across someone in my travels that displeases me, I immediately walk away. I do not linger and discuss in my head all the things that are wrong about the situation. I move forward so as not to get stuck in a whirlwind of mis-truths that will inevitably lead me to a place that I do not want to be. The key is to first maintain joy by always seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, expecting and feeling joy from within, and if you come across something that displeases you in your outside reality walk away. As you practice this habit you will become more adept at it and joy will be your constant state of being. It is natural.

Master the gift of joy. It is the key to the fulfillment of our desires.

You Are Beautiful

It's nice to hear someone tell us that we are beautiful. We may not hear it as often as we like but that doesn't mean that it is not true. That's why it is important for us to say uplifting statements to ourselves everyday. We should never count on others to tell us what we want to hear. They will tell us when we have told ourselves enough times that we believe it and don't need to say it any longer because it has become natural to us. Say these simple words to yourself everyday as you get ready for work in the morning and as you get ready for bed. These simple, yet powerful, words will work wonders in your life and help you to feel like the lovely person that you are.

The Fountain of Youth

The Fountain of Youth Lies Within is a powerful statement that when one believes they will experience eternal youth. We are meant to remain young and beautiful for eternity. It is wired into our DNA. Of course we must "age" which just means that we must move through space and time but there is absolutely no reason for us to decline. What we must understand is that in creating our own reality, we also create our own demise when we believe that we must "grow old." Who said this, anyway? Begin to believe and convince every cell in your body that you are young and beautiful. Choose an age that you would like to be and look like and every day all day remind yourself that you are that age by being playful - and all the while smile and be happy that the God within, every cell of your body, is yielding and conforming to your new belief.

Be as a child and you will experience eternal youth.

You Are Beautiful

Yes, you are beautiful...I enjoy complimenting others. When I do, not only do I get the pleasure of seeing the other person uplifted in some way but I also receive something in return that is indescribable. I am sure you know what I am talking about. Somehow, I am uplifted, too. Their joy in what I said becomes my joy as if I said it to myself. It's interesting how these things work. I can't say that I understand it all, but I can say that I like it.

I believe we are all beautiful. I'm not going to say because "It's what's inside that counts," or "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I don't particular care for those statements because they imply that we can't be beautiful on the outside and that it doesn't matter if we are. I say "BS" to that. Look around you, is God not beautiful? Are not the trees magnificent, the expansiveness of our oceans breathtaking, isn't the never-ending view of the sky wondrous? Do we not look at nature and say, "Wow, that's beautiful!" I do every day.

Beauty is all about what you want it to be. How do you want to look, young? I'm sure. Don't we all? And there is everything RIGHT with wanting to look and feel young and beautiful forever. It is in our DNA. We are born with a pure, new and completely functional self-healing body. Does not our body heal itself when we cut our finger or break one of our limbs? All we do is put a band-aid on the womb or a cast on the limb. The body, God, does the rest. We just go about our business and KNOW it will heal. Isn't it safe to say that this form of healing goes for every part of our body - the blemishes, the skin, the hair, the nails, the eyes, the ears, the memory......? It sure does! So, let's begin today by KNOWING that we have the power to self-HEAL our skin, our bones, our hair, our ..... and then let's imagine how we want to look and feel, and let's play and have fun with it and then let's be eager and excited for the beautiful person on the inside, AND on the OUTSIDE, that we are becoming.

I Let Go

Say this prayer throughout your day and know that God is eternal and ageless. You come from God and therefore must experience the same. It is your birthright to be young and beautiful for all time - young at heart AND young in BODY. – What a beautiful prayer to say every day and in every moment that you have. Trust the power within to create the beauty that you so long for. I hate when people say, “it’s what’s on the inside that counts.” Who said that? I’ve often thought that it was an ugly woman who was tired of the way she looked and so justified it and gave up on her power to transform and so she put this ridiculous statement out in the world which on inside us women do not like. I don’t like it because, as I am sure you feel as well, I want to be young and beautiful for the rest of my life. I don’t want to be all crinkly. It is in our DNA to remain youthful for as long as we want, so why not learn how and the hell with “it’s what’s on the inside that counts.” Face it, women and I’m sure some men, want to be beautiful and young forever. Instead of going around beating the drum of we can’t why not spread the good news that we can?! Continue to say this simple prayer as often as you can and say it with a smile, with eagerness knowing that God is working its magic on you.
