We all know that walking the path back to God can be challenging, to know within every cell of our mind and body who we truly are can be a daunting task as we uncover the truth layer by layer, but always remember to laugh and smile along the way. We are meant to live joyfully in God's creation. Do your best everyday to find something to appreciate about yourself and others. Keep in mind the end result of all your hard work of remembering the truth, and know that at the end of the path God awaits you with open arms eager to say to you, "This is my son/daughter, whom I love; with whom I am well pleased."
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones. There are so many things to be thankful for today and everyday. The most important for me is the God within, the Universe. A few days ago we discussed starting a sentence with "I love" or "I want" when you're not feeling your best. I gave examples of "I love." Today I want to give examples of starting a sentence with "I want." In any moment, you choose which start feels good to you and have fun with it. Say it with zest, but if you are not feeling zestful, don't worry, just begin and you will get there. Let's begin, "I want to feel good. I want to feel my joy. I want to feel alive. I want to feel radiant. I want to feel eager. I want to feel unstoppable. I want to feel on top of the world. I want to feel excited. I want to love my life. I want to smile. I want to laugh. I want to be joyful. I want to love. I want to scream at the top of my lungs with utter joy !" Continue until you're feeling relief and enjoy it. Do it often. Be consistent, never look back, always look forward. Try it!
When I'm not feeling my greatest I have learned to begin to deliberately say to myself, "I love" or "I want." From there, I start my journey back towards the joyful person I really am. For example, I'll say, "I love ice cream. I love cool breezes on a warm, humid day. I love when I'm happy. I love when I laugh. I love gazing up at the stars. I love when I get where I'm going on time. I love when I always find what I'm looking for. I love when I see people smiling etc.." I usually go on for a half hour or so not even realizing it. I then find myself uplifted and not remembering why I was so glum in the first place. It really works. Be consistent. Never look back. Move forward. Try it!
The condition of poor or lack is just a thought. Change the thought and you change your circumstances. We are all born with the one tool that will make us successful or not and that is our mind, our thought - whether we start out in life rich or poor, it does not matter. When we use our minds, our thoughts, wisely we will receive all that our heart desires with ease and joy.
It is natural for each and every one of us to experience laughter. I can not begin to describe to you how much good and fun exists in this world that awaits our recognition. Together, let's find things to smile and laugh about today and every day.
Always make sure you are in the receptive mode - the mode to receive what you want. The receptive mode feels like happiness, joy, confidence, knowing, expectancy, love and the like.
It's not about SEEING the things that you want but, rather, it's about FEELING the things that you want and feeling them frequently. It doesn't have to be for long periods of time. It could be for seconds. The importance is in the frequency - how many times you revisit the feeling of having, being and doing what you want and how natural it feels to you. For some, this process can prove to be much easier and less stressful than "trying" to imagine, because sometimes when we sit and imagine our negative side comes rushing in to screw things up for us. Focus on the feeling and smile and enjoy. Enjoy your journey to wholeness.
"Isn't it wonderful?! Something miraculous is happening to me right now!" Say this mini-prayer through your day and begin to be excited about what's to come. You don't need to know what you're excited about - the Universe, the God within, will figure that out for you. All you need to do is to feel the excitement, the anticipation, the joy, the smile, the beauty, the exhilaration of the wonderfulness that is about to enter your life. It feels good not to know, not to care but just to enjoy the moment and let it flow easily into your life.

If you tell yourself something often enough it becomes truth, so why not tell yourself something good? I think I'll tell myself that I AM AMAZING!!!! Ha-ha! How about you? (No worries - self-love is encouraged here.) The truth is that you are whatever you tell yourself you are. If you repeatedly think - which is a way of telling - you are too fat, too skinny, too short, too tall, too .... and the list goes on, then you will be.
Instead, begin to repeatedly think and talk about yourself as genius, beautiful, wealthy, healthy, confident, tall enough, thin enough, lovely enough, a great cook, an excellent socializer, an awesome mentor, fantastic at your job, loved by all who surround you... and, again, the list goes on.
Be consistent in your efforts to become who you want to be and who you really are and you will naturally transform into that - you are all there is.

Laughter creates happy, healthy, vibrant cells.
There's nothing like a good hearty laugh to get your day going and your mind in the right place in order for you to receive all that you desire. When we're laughing our bodies come into alignment with the God within, the Universe, thereby allowing it to do what it does best - remain healthy and vibrant.
Choose to laugh everyday and many times within your day. Choose to read, write, watch and hang in places and with people that inspire laughter within you. Be courageous and passionate about how you feel and walk away from people, places and situations that bring you down. You are the most important person in your life and your happiness changes the world around you.
I think I'll choose to laugh today. Who's with me?

Through self-love, understanding of who you truly are and the belief that all of your desires are already being worked upon by the God within, eternal youth must be yours.
Practice and focus upon the thought and feeling of what it would feel like to be the "age" you want to look and feel like everyday and smile as you pretend to be that which you already are in the eyes of the God within. Go there often and milk the feeling and play around and have fun. Laugh a lot along the way and never look back. Be eager for your new self and rejoice.
When we think a thought we are using the most powerful tool that exists, for thinking creates. When we think God offers us feelings - good and not so good - to indicate to us if what we are thinking is in line with what the God within is thinking. This is not judging. God does not "care" what you think but offers its immediate thought and reaction to what you are thinking. For example, if you are thinking beautiful thoughts of a puppy or baby God offers you a feeling, an emotion, of joy and laughter which is in agreement with what you are thinking and thus brings you more to be joyful about. If you are thinking of a not-so good thought of a puppy or baby and you begin to feel bad, God is offering you the bad feeling to indicate that it is not in agreement with your thought and thus brings you more situations to feel bad about.Thinking, in essence, is asking and feeling, in essence, is answering. In every moment we have the power to feel the union that the God within has to offer us or the disconnection from the God within. Either way, we are powerful and are in full control of what transpires in our lives. In every moment, we have a choice. We can choose love or hate, anger or happiness, sadness or fulfillment, sickness or health. It's up to you.
Say this prayer throughout your day today and remember that your smile holds great power to heal yourself. – Only you have the power to change your mood and your smile is one of the most powerful methods in which to change how you feel. Sometimes when I’m not feeling well I’ll just smile even though I don’t want to and I find myself thinking I look like an idiot and then I’ll start to laugh and miraculously the once phony smile turns real. I love to laugh and I so enjoy smiling, so it is something I will deliberately do if I find myself in a not so pleasant place. I also enjoy seeing people smile. It just makes me happy.
